Developing and evaluating an evidence-based, gamified mobile application for social anxiety management in young adults.

》About Me

Hi, I'm Ewelina (Evie), a psychology PhD student at the University of Stirling. My research combines technology and mental health — I'm developing a mobile app to help young adults manage social anxiety.

As a Research Assistant, I've evaluated asthma self-management apps using validated frameworks, analysing their quality, usability, and features. This experience, along with my background in psychology and graphic design, informs my current work.
